UFI Filters has won an important contract for the supply of the oil and fuel filter module to the Chinese giant WEICHAI, the manufacturer of diesel engines for multiple applications in the Far East market. The two UFI Filters key components will be supplied starting from 2020 to the H3 GBVI 11 and 13 litres engines. These new low emission engines are dedicated to multiple Heavy Duty applications in the Chinese market, such as Dayun, CNHTC, JAC Motors, Shann’qi, FAW Qingdao, SIH for truck, Yutong, Zhongtong and Kinglong for bus; SDLG, Liugong, Longking, SANY, XCMG, XGMA, Zoomlion SEM (Branch company for Caterpillar) for Off road applications covering 75% of the market.
Both the oil and fuel modules have an aluminium body that guarantees weight containment and that can offer the best filtration performance. The oil module is technically advanced, with 5 valves that allow high control of pressures and temperature. Furthermore, the diesel module combines a pre-filter and fine-filtration function within the same system, thus offering the maximum guarantee of protection for the engine in the market.
