UFI Filters will be taking part in Becoming Manager?, on Friday 13 December 2019, at the University of Vicenza.

Becoming Manager? is an event organised by JEst- Junior Enterprise at the University of Padova, an association for students only whose aim is to create a bridge between the world of university and the world of work.

Some of the most renowned companies on the national and international scene will be taking part in the event and will have the chance to come into contact with the best engineering and economics students at the local universities.

UFI Filters, a leader in the production of filtration and thermal management systems for the automotive, heavy duty, off road and hydraulics sectors, with over 4,000 employees in 16 countries and four different continents, has consolidated its position as a company that provides a real opportunity for young people.

The selection process adopted by the UFI Filters Group, which has always been keen to create effective links between industry and universities, will involve the young talent by holding speed interviews with representatives from the company.

Speed interviews last 6 minutes each and are an extremely valid selection tool which meets the needs of both companies and students.

Three rounds of speed interviews will be held throughout the day: Economics and Business Management, Industrial Engineering and Information Engineering.
