UFI Filters has been awarded with a very important project, the complete oil filter module for FAW-Dalian CA4DD-National V engine, the newest 3 L engine of the FAW-Dalian family.

Since 2019, FAW-Dalian (FAW Jiefang Dalian Diesel Engine Co., Ltd.), is one of the key engine power divisions belonging to FAW Group (First Automobile Works), the greatest automotive manufacturing company in China.

The figures show the importance of this engine manufacturer, which has a production capacity of about 100 thousand engines per year, with its five major products DD/DE/DH/DK series (3L, 4L, 5L, 6L, 7L), covering a range from 50 hp to 320 hp.

The UFI oil filter module complete with heat exchanger, developed and produced internally in UFI industrial sites, for the CA4DD 3L engine will be mostly applied to the FAW-J6/J7 truck series and in part to the off-road business market.

Among the most important aspects of the new engine there is certainly the good fuel economy, saving more than 1 litre fuel per 100km, compared with similar products in the country and also displays the high reliability and durability, the strong power and low noise.

The UFI oil filter module provides a great contribution to all these features thanks to its technological innovation with UFI special multilayer media.
